I’m a sucker for what is created here of knowing and unknowing, the shuffling between images of different textures that subtly hint to the undefined and the unsaid on the fly.
The film is full of warmth, vulnerability and flashes of anguish that hang over the story like a heat haze.
Mescal and Corio speak volumes with just a glance..Ah also, will be thinking of the last 15 minutes of the movie - specially when under pressure drops and onwards - for a long time.. one of the most moving endings.
Will definitely rewatch!
