my perspective has totally changed as i’ve grown!!! i really enjoyed rewatching this, and i cannot believe how differently i viewed summer when i was younger. i really saw the movie from a very service level of tom’s perspective and fed into the “my favorite horror film” nonsense. 500 days of summer is really realistic and actually gives me hope this rewatch? i guess i finally understand the message of the move 7 years later.
