I was very tired last night and meant to fall asleep early, but I still wanted to watch something, so I started this film with the intention of finishing it the day after (I know, I'm usually against that too). Useless to say that Prisoners was so damn gripping that I watched it all the way to the end, without feeling sleepy for even a second. Insanely good

All the sounds of the boat and the waves in the final act... it brought me back to when I was a kid, my parents owned a boat and we would often go out at sea. Nothing like the movie ever happened to us, but every time, through my eyes of a child, it felt like an adventure worthy of a Spielberg flick
