  Enjoyed this documentary, side for the inclusion of a certain few musicians. Roger Waters, albeit a necessary inclusion because of his legendary contributions to Pink Floyd, leaves a sour taste on account of his efforts to downplay the rest of the band’s contributions to their records. His mention of Rick Wright is especially needling because it was Waters who sacked Wright, only to rehire him as a session musician (thus depriving him of royalties).

  The Simpsons Movie 2007

  I watched this for the first time in a dinner-theater in 2007. It fundamentally changed my elementary school-aged brain. Late-2000s playgrounds were not ready for the introduction of “Spiderpig”.  

  This was probably the first PG-13 rated movie I ever saw, and I have a lack of memory to show for it. In some ways, this was better than I remembered, and in other ways worse.

  This movie was my introduction to The Simpsons, and for that I am grateful.
