Lady Bird 2017
STORY - For such a simple story it had so much substance.
CHARACTERS - They were so real. I saw someone I knew in every one of them.
ENJOYMENT - I related to this movie more than I thought I would and it really touched me. This movie may not be for everyone but I loved it.

STORY - As a fan of the book and mini-series I think this is a GREAT adaptation. While there are changes, I think they are changes that add to the film.
CHARACTERS - The kids and Pennywise were amazing. They really embodied the characters from the book as well as embraced the 80's (even though they didn't actually live through them).
ENJOYMENT - Love love love this movie! There is a perfect balance with jump scares and others. The only issue I had was that the score could be somewhat overwhelming at times.

STORY - Was a thrilling ride from start to finish! It was a bit confusing at times, but it was all well worth it by the end. I was shocked by every twist and turn (and I like to consider myself pretty good at figuring out plot twists).
CHARACTERS - Leonard was so compelling. There were times I felt inspired by his dedication and others were I felt pity for the guy. The other characters were good at raising suspense…
