Sick to my stomach man. Sick to my stomach. Such a tragedy that day that could’ve easily been avoided and it only frustrates me more that the men responsible only got a slap on the wrist for it. This one hurt man. Just gotta feel for the families of everyone on the rig that day. All because of corporate greed.

The Fighter 2010
Good comeback, motivational story to get the gears going. Bale, Wahlberg, and Adam’s all put on very good performances, especially that of Bale. It seems the film is pretty spot on compared to its real life connection making it a good, gritty story that mixed hardship and success. Negatively tho, I felt the boxing choreography was weak at times even tho it tended to be pretty accurate.

The Iron Claw 2023
I am hysterically crying as I’m typing this review. Absolutely fucking gut wrenching this film was. It only made it worse that I have a brother of my own, which just kept the tears rolling. And to find out after the movie that this is technically a watered down version to what happened in real life is baffling.
