I tried so hard to like this movie, but I couldn’t do the piano melody playing for the entire 2.5 hrs.
However, for a movie made 98 years ago, this is very, very impressive.
If there is an enhanced/updated version of this movie, I’ll reconsider rewatching.
Yeah, traveling back in time would be the greatest superpower. If only this movie was real life smh.
The ending scene with his father almost brought me to tears. The film overall truly shows how precious life is, to make the most out of it, and to appreciate the smaller things.

As someone who has never had interest in musicals, I didn’t have that high of expectations. But man, the story of Mia and Sebastian throughout the movie was beautiful.
The ending was an emotional roller coaster as well. Seeing Seb look into Mia’s eyes as she was leaving was heart-rendering. You could truly feel every emotion Seb was experiencing as if you were him during that bittersweet moment.
Look forward to watching this again. Lastly, I need to learn how to play that piano melody asap.
