Delightful and quirky film that focuses on the fall of Berlin wall. Love how it portrays those who won with the unification, but also those that lost their old life and nationality.

Past Lives 2023
From personal experience I can say this movie excellently captures the feeling of nostalgia and "what-if" that comes when moving somewhere far away. It feels very human and dripping with emotion.
I did leave the theater wondering if this plotline could have been conveyed as a 40 min short film. It felt a bit too overextended at times, with a thin plot. But what's there is well acted and very powerful.
