  A truly devastating watch.

  Spielberg encapsulates the horror of the Holocaust so well with this one and the story is absolutely fantastic. You are constantly left guessing how bad Nazi war crimes actually got - this film portrays it very well. Seeing colour fade at the start and return at the end is a great way of showing that the atrocities are over. The girl in the red jacket was a poignant moment, even the most innocent are nothing more than furnace fodder. 

  To think this is based on a true story is mind blowing. 

  Would highly recommend watching 👍🏼
