I enjoyed this movie for a bunch of reasons: Robert Pattinson’s performance as a twitchy weirdo or deranged weirdo, the comedy, and the whacky space missions to colonize a new planet.

Really, really fun and high-octane movie that weaves a powerful story with insane needle drops and montages of drugs, music, drugs, some more drugs, and even a sprinkle of romance for our guy Liam.
Irish is such a badass language and putting this together wraps up a very proud peoples’ history and strive for identity in a very cool movie.
The Brutalist is magnificent in scale, both physically and metaphorically. Lázló Tóth's construction for the powerful Van Buren family blows you away from the moment he presents the model to Harrison in the once loathed library he built years previously.
But it's not just a neat movie about building a sheer monument of concrete, it's a moving and devastating story about a man rebuilding what can never truly be destroyed by his tormentors, both new and old. Each performance carried the magnitudes of their characters perfectly and had me captivated speaking in their native languages and accents. I was left stunned!
Another classic from Studio Ghibli. I was pleased by the familiar plot devices: a family dealing with hardship and a new life, a loving parent and friends keeping the world magical for children, and creatures with mysterious power to help when things become frightening 😌
