  Okay, the importance in technological advances that this movie made have to be respected and are incredible to experience. I still feel like I watched a Disney-to-TV movie though.

  When Griffin told me this movie was considered a flop in the box office, I was expecting a general tone of humor that falls flat and does nothing but make me wince. But there is so much going on that makes me smile and appreciate the relationship between the two detective characters!! It's such a fun watch, with an original story and an unmatched late 1970's LA aesthetic that made me feel like I was in a wet dream. If you haven't checked this out, it makes for a great late-night comedy.
