Here Comes the Boom 2012
Exactly what you think it would be. It has moments where it is so bad it’s good but they are to few and far between. If you need background noise with a chuckle or two this movie will do just fine.

Shazam! Fury of the Gods 2023
Overdid the CGI and movie was noticeably too long. It really dragged near the end. They did a poor job of informing viewers who haven’t seen the 1st movie, or haven’t seen it in awhile. I saw the 1st one in theaters and was still lost at times. A lot of very gimmicky moments as well.
The worst part of all is they had a full blown skittles commercial within the movie that took away from what was going on. They sold out completely and I’m glad they felt it in the box office.

I love the murder mystery type genre and this movie did have moment of genius, but in the end it was another mainstream fail. Ending was HORRIBLE multiple plot holes and moments that had you rolling your eyes. It was entertaining if you know what to expect but differently nothing to write home about. Also, I hope to go the rest of my life not having to hear Daniel Craig do a fake southern accent again.
