This movie was made specifically for me. Nothing like combining my two favorite genres into this magnificent ode to classic musicals of the 60s. I can understand people's negative views of the movie but what people wanted was a cookie cutter version of a movie that already exists whereas Todd Phillips breaks the mold to give us something completely unique and mesmerizing. To enjoy this movie to it's fullest extent, you must understand what you're going to see and be prepared to suspend your disbelief and let the world and it's music fully encompass you.
