I wonder if Frampton was trying to ingratiate Zumthor when he stopped to point out the beautiful blue light of the mountains. It came off a little pre-planned, as if Frampton were trying to show the cameras and Zumthor what an observant phenomenologist he is. Zumthor didn't seem to care much.
