“Every life, in its own way, is both ordinary and profoundly complex. While watching this charming yet unpretentious film, a multitude of ‘big’ questions surfaced: What is happiness? What is sadness? Are they a choice or a condition? At times, I find myself overwhelmed by these questions when I turn them inward, so it was a refreshing reminder that even in seemingly simpler lives, these questions still linger—urgent and deeply human. All in all, a wonderful film.”
