The ending is beyond perfect. I can't believe grandparents aren't talking about this movie all the time. Best believe my grandkids will hear all about Paul Atreides, for instance
Very emotionally upsetting. There were many, many scenes where I could not physically continue to watch what was happening.
The ending is really strange in that it seems to double down on the ideas that were torn down in the middle of the movie. I think that makes the movie more interesting, but it's also frustrating for a story to, more or less, end where it started.
Jonathan Majors is so talented. His blocking is incredible.
This film flew by. Shout out to the old ladies on my row who debated during the intermission on whether this was based on a true story or not- I think that's a compliment to the storytelling!
