Sexy, Tightly Paced, & Sleek Spy Whodunnit Thriller

Heard good things going in and was pleasantly surprised. Great set up which makes for a third act that pays off. Commend Soderbergh for nailing the pacing and keeping the dialogue tight and entertaining throughout. Nothing felt forced or unnecessary which is always a bonus considering we live in world where most movies are convoluted for no reason.

Pattinson Shines In An Overall Enjoyable Big Budget Sci-Fi

Had really high expectations going into this and left slightly disappointed, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that it is still a fun ride. Pattinson was awesome and hit all his comedic beats. Bong Joon Ho, as usual, incorporates real world themes which are hit and miss in this outing.

My main complaints have to do with the pacing, especially in the third act. Personally, I didn’t care for the “creeper” plot line.

Overall still recommend if you’re looking for some good laughs in a sci-fi flick.

Absolute Zero Plot / Characters Development Here Folks

Half of the dialogue in this movie feels like it’s the character’s internal thoughts and not being spoken to anyone. Action isn’t bad, but there’s no story to be had.

One helluva ride. This is the type of movie that reminds me why great movies can act as an escape from reality. Great action scenes that leave an impact straight from the opening scene. Solid chemistry between the leads and Glen Powell is just the man. Think it’s impossible to hate him at this point. Some cheesy dialogue, but easy to laugh it off when you’re just having a good time. Believe it’s going to have a great rewatch ability which is always appreciated.

Side note - soundtrack rocks and highly recommend for any country fans
