trauma and grief are things we have to learn to live with, because life will cause harm no matter what, it’s just part of the deal. but instead of choosing to isolate and trying to create a world without harm, we find real happiness in accepting the things we cannot change and choosing to live and appreciate where we are and what we have.
at least i think the meaning of the movie is that life is chaos so appreciate what you can :P
