Would definitely stop here for snacks on a road trip but would be wise enough NOT to fall into the candy making machine or eat the prototype gumball or whatever

If your family name is Racer and your parents named, you Speed you’re pretty much legally required to become a race car driver. Speed Racer the dentist? Never. Speed Racer the accountant? Wouldn’t happen. There are some very cool cars in this movie. How cool? Let’s put it this way: they can jump. I wonder how many JPG (Jumps Per Gallon) Speed’s car gets.

Imagine how much shorter this movie would have been if these guys just got in like an SUV and drove to that volcano. They could get rid of the ring and still have time to pick up some pizza on the way home. Of course, the wizard would probably have to drive. I don’t think those little dudes with the furry feet could reach the pedals. But they’d probably be good at squeegeeing the bumper when they stop to get gas.
