The movie overall as a whole was very good at the time trying to figure out with the main characters what was happening but upon rewatch you are viewing the movie completely differently which does not help it’s case as I found it much less I giving the second time around

Lars and the Real Girl 2007
One of my new favorite movies. I love how they have the main character with a mental illness but the way that he acts is completely normal outside of being a bit shy and he ends up just needing to deal with it himself to be ready to have a real girl.
Definitely recommend peak Ryan gosling acting and amazing complimentary characters.Translated from by
