  Crimson Tide stands as one of the most endlessly rewatchable films ever made, a true masterclass in every aspect. Tony Scott showcases his brilliance as a storyteller at the height of his powers. The screenplay is flawless, worthy of study in any film course. Hans Zimmer delivers a powerhouse score, and two cinematic legends go toe-to-toe in unforgettable performances. This is as good as it gets.
