Whiplash 2014
That was one of the most intense movies I’ve ever seen. Just the energy alone glued you to the screen, it could have been a silent film and it would have still hit similarly with the colours and the expressions or something like that. Even though I got no idea what it’s like to be ultra obsessed with something, I think this movies gets that point across best, that the humanness can disappear when trying to achieve greatness. Definitely worth a watch, I felt like I already knew what the movie would be from the trailer but it has more depth then I thought!!!

I really liked this movie, I think it’s a bit confusing for my brain and probably some of the deeper meaning was lost on me but even as just something to watch it was really cool, made use of the fact that it’s animated with all the wacky stuff in it. Good soundtrack as well!!
