  I respect them for their shamelessness, and I see how this would have been popular with the youths. Watching as an adult was a bit strange.

  It's very ambitious in its metaphors, and I respect a lot of what they hoped to do. But I don't think it embraced the complexity quite as well, and that left it feeling a little flatter than it's predecessors.
