Incredible performances, great writing, politics that still matter, scars that parts of the country have never recovered from, this is a great film. Fuck the tories, thatcher and their horrible republican cousins.

In & Out 1997
I just love the way 90s movies were shot. 35mm film, great lighting, steady wide and medium shots. It’s just like settling into a comfy couch when I watch one. The subject matter is obviously dated here but they took a swing and I think they got there in the end. Kevin Kline is great. Joan Cusack overacted her way out of what could have been a really funny role.
