Anora 2024
I really don't get the praise for this movie. It's named after Anora yet we barely get to know her character beyond the surface. There is hardly any room to develop an emotional connection with her as the entire plot feels like a bunch of nothing burgers until we finally get an emotionally vulnerable moment at the very end of the movie... the movie is OVER!!! It also dragged on way longer than it needed to without adding anything. Overall felt like a waste of time and I'm extremely disappointed as I had high hopes for this :/
