  Pretty amazing that Corbet can make a 3.5 hour movie that seems to fly past. 

  Definitely liked the first act more, but man I did not see that turn coming after the intermission. 

  Poignant story about the struggles of the immigrant life in the face of the rich who think they can do as they please. 

  Brody is great, but Guy Pearce was the standout for me. Steals every scene he is in and I just can’t get enough of that score.
