  There's little to be said about it that hasn't already be said, so I won't draw this out: An absolute must watch for horror fans and nonfans alike, forever relevant and impossibly rewatchable. The cast is so instantly charming (needless to mention the unforgettable performance of Sigourney Weaver,) the world and plot is so captivating without ever having to explain itself, and the feeling of dread is so palpable you forget you're watching something at all. Deserving of every bit of the credit and praise it gets in the modern day.
