The only positive about this movie was Elliot Page. I hate whatever Hollywood director heard the story of the torture of a young girl and thought it needed to be played in the same theatres as Alvin and the Chipmunks and I am Legend. I already hate Americas fetishizing of murderers and their victims but this movie finds a way to make Forensic Files seem respectful to the victims

Nosferatu 2024
Very indulgent and artistic. I found the horror to be very well done with beautiful cinematography and stellar work from Lily-Rose Depp. It is definitely worth a few Oscar nominations. The movie loses me when it becomes too indulgent in its symbolism and more focused on the settings realism it forgets to make the story legible to a lay audience. There's an argument this movie isn't made for them in mind but being in that demographic I got bored.
