Late Night with the Devil 2023
I'll start by saying that horror is not my genre at all, so my rating is lower regardless. The film has a rather slow approach, although I really like the narrative method because it's unusual. When it comes to the "scary" part, the special effects department is clearly lacking but the atmosphere is very suggestive.

The film is brilliant, it perfectly demonstrates how quickly a regime can establish and strengthen its power, a power based on a common ideology that is exaggerated both by the leader/founder and by members of the movement who become even more extremist than the founding fathers. The film itself is not of excellent quality, neither in terms of the actors nor for the visual quality, but the idea behind it, what it wants to represent must become a warning.
