I Killed My Mother 2009
Being 17 and a single mom's child I related to this movie in surreal ways. I would get annoyed with Hubert mom's antincs but also with Hubert's blow ups and immature attitudes (even though I truly get what he feels, the ways he acted sometimes was just despicable). The main characters were amazingly fleshed out and the performances were great. Overall, I really liked this movie, it has a important message and totally deserves my recommendation.

All about this movie was tragic. There were a few happy scenes (at the beggining, mostly), but the majority of the movie was really tragic. That being said, I really liked it. The final scene was great, some of the dialogue at the end of the movie was phenomenal and getting to watch the evolution of the main character was incredible.
