    Absolutely amazing!

Even going into this knowing what's about to happen as I've seen the original, it still blew me out of my seat with how incredibly well made this was. The use of light and shadow, the music, the acting performances, the scenery. Just beautiful.
Once it was over I kept wishing there'd still be more. That's how good it was. Skarsgård really killed it. Also can't forget to mention Dafoe and Lily-Rose Depp who also gave it their…

I don't think this is the best Samara Weaving horror movie, but it certainly has it's charm. And a lot of that charm comes from Alba Baptista's Penny. She really stole the show everytime she was on screen. Really funny and cute. That saying the others were also great. Not a single bad performance here

This.. was not very good. I really expected Tatian Maslany to be one of the leads, but nope. She's barely in it. But she did steal the show with every scene she was in. Outside of that, the movie had few funny scenes, but nothing memorable. The gore was mostly cgi, which kinda sucked, and while the few practical effects were cool they usually were not on screen for longer than few seconds. And the ending was just crap. I…

    The First Omen

    ★★½

2 hour movie that feels like it's way, way longer, with a dumb ending that's teasing their own "First Omen Cinematic Universe".
Most of the time it just dragged on. It had some quite nice scenes, but not enough. Scariest part about this movie was when an actual irl thunderstorm happened when the number 666 were shown on screen.

    I liked the nuns kissing

The cinematography is nice, but I guess if you film a city in Italy it will look good anyway. Soundtrack's nice too.

If you want a movie about an American Nun going to Italy and witnessing some freaky shit just watch Immaculate.
