Went into it with low expectations and was very pleasantly surprised. It was a good watch and kept me entertained, if not just a bit too long. The social commentary was incredibly heavy handed and I don't think it had anything particularly new to say but had a few very wonderful shots and good acting.

Originally was gonna give it one and a half stars but I just remembered the SA scene and the weird male gazey swimming scene and I would not trust the director alone with my child.
