  Not my favourite Bong Joon-Ho movie. Unfortunately the story isn't strong. You know what's going to happen leaving little suspense. The characters were a miss for me too mainly in the second half. The performances are great across the board, and Joon-Ho displays his usual skill at shooting visual effects. Overall though it left me unenthused, it could have been better.

  It was alright. I died instead of r(ode)ide.
  It was funny, but another legacy movie that a studio wanted to crank out with it's fingers crossed. Albeit there were some creative sequences, directors Adil and Bilall did a great job with what they were working with. But in this era of mass-produced filmmaking, it sits below the surface amongst must-watch movies. And this is a month where both Inside Out 2 and Despicable Me 4 are it's contenders!
