I just want everyone who watched this movie to understand that once you see how utterly unjust and unequal our world really is it can be really hard to find any sense of purpose for oneself or a reason to keep going and therefore the blame for someone unaliving themselves can never be put on a single person especially not a romantic interest but an ableist health care system that is still and always has been based on stigmatizing certain mental conditions and especially addiction hope this helps
