  the love/hate relationship i have with scifi strikes again…robert and naomi were perfect and i love social commentary but it made me think too much about death :/  theres this sad undertone through out the whole movie thats just devastating

  its hard for me to love sci fi movies but this was a beautiful, well done film. but it did made me extremely anxious and i spent most of the movie wanting to know the truth but also scared for the outcome. i think we all go through our own journey similar to louise; one certain thing is our mortality. similarly, we all should embrace the journey despite of our brief passing through this earth and universe

  a beautiful watch! obsessed with how taeko is consumed with nostalgia and all the what ifs in her life. this film taught me we must never forget our younger selves, that credits scene was so perfect! the coloring and animation was just beautiful and comforting
