On the third watch you really feel such an injustice because it's so obvious bro killed himself, and then it just becomes torturous watching Sandra and Daniel having to deal with grief and the intense court case. Snoop best dog. Prosecutor worst character of the century. He's such an asshole!

Only issue with this was that it was too short. The one-shot take is amazing and immersive and the script is incredibly real - everything is so amazingly crafted, every episode is like the perfect snapshot into the characters' psyche, it was amazing. 1st and 3rd episodes especially really blew me away. Lots of unanswered questions and lots of room for discussion after each episode (even though Isabela and I binged it). Didn't cry like everyone else seems to have done. Believe the hype.

This will be an essay because I will defend this film until I die. If you want a quick recommendation, just watch it; it is a film that will stay with you long after watching it.

I'd been anticipating this film for months, followed every piece of news on it, every interview, and the marketing was so campy and over-the-top that I couldn't forget that Barbie was indeed on the horizon. Then, some early reviews came in claiming that this film is mysandrist, man-hating, etc - and that concerned me because I'm not big on stories that critique…
