Really disappointed that this essentially just turned out to be Kiyoshi Kurosawa doing Cure again, but worse. It doesn’t help that this is pretty much beat for beat just Cure from top to bottom (even down to the last act’s abstract driving sequence), pretty much the only difference is the premise of the “hypnotist,” or manipulator, in this case, being a next door neighbor, and the dungeon.
