I LOVE a tight 90 minute film. This one might have tried to go too tight at only 80 minutes. I had a lot of questions by the end, but the energy and style of the movie made up for it

The movie is a bit formulaic and feels cut from the mold made for 2020s era movies. Yet the emotion evoked is still real, and it's still plenty of fun. It was also extremely funny to see the KGB headquarters set up like a Nazi lair out of a comic book with overblown red lighting and vaulting brutalism that evokes super-villainy.

This movie manages to stretch about 45 minutes of content into 2.5 hours of screentime, and the aforementioned content is pretty unremarkable at that.
