  March Around the World Challenge 2025: 3/30 - Latvia

  Movie magic in its simplest and purest form. The visual storytelling on display here is astounding. The levels of empathy and compassion conveyed without words is a testament to how powerful the medium of film can be. Also the Labrador is a straight up doofus and I love him.

  March Around the World Challenge 2024: 15/30 - Peru

  This was an interesting documentary that raises some important points regarding prisons. At the end of the day they just perpetuate the issue of keeping the people in a cycle of violence instead of meaningfully rehabilitating them. It’s interesting to see here that in this setting, once the prisoners of this camp were essentially abandoned by their government that they began to flourish.
