90s Will Smith is always great and Men in Black is no exception. That being said, Tommy Lee Jones was my favorite actor in the movie and I was cracking up at almost every one of his lines. The world of MIB is set up very nicely, and for how wacky this movie is everything feels natural and the world feels lived in and developed. I had a great time watching Men in Black and totally see why this is considered a classic 90s blockbuster.
This movie is insufferable. It's boring, doesn't make sense, and bastardizes Spider-Man. It's a bad movie but a horrible Spider-Man movie. Taking both views into account, I'd say this isn't the worst thing in the world, but it's pretty damn close. The effects are alright and there are some cool shots, but this was way worse than I remember.
