This movie made me ball my fucking eyes out
But then I learned that Tonya is a conservative and a Trump supporter sooo... She actually deserved to fail after all.
“She slept in my coffin at first, curling her little fingers around my hair… till the day when she wanted her own coffin. But still, whenever she awoke… she would crawl into mine.”
Surprisingly touching for a vampire film. Born as an 18th-century lord, Louis (Brad Pitt) is now a bicentennial vampire telling his story to an eager biographer (Christian Slater) in the 1990’s. He’s the most melodramatic and moody vampire you’re ever likely to find. It’s unclear how reliable Louis’s narration is, but that makes his tale all the more compelling.
