Somehow missed this movie along the way and had very high hopes given the cast and build up. It just wasn’t all that great. There were bright spots mostly from Hugh Grant’s smirky one liners and Kiera Knightly’s perfect face but it wasn’t funny. Lots of “romance” (sex with other people) but not much comedy.

The Outpost 2019
This movie serves as a grim reminder of how wasteful war can be and especially the extended conflict in Afghanistan. The acting isn’t great but it’s a true story and the fight sequences are good enough to get the point across. The bravery of our soldiers in the face of daunting odds is inspiring, even if the US military leadership let them down.
