boring, yawning, sloppy, lazy… andddd the most predictable movie of the year? its almost like they had a 15 year old think this idea up and write it down as a school project. i wish i could say the concept was good but it was anti climactic and they used some cop out ideas. it felt more like a documentary than anything. the scariest part of the movie was the amount of screen time kiernan shipka had.

The Conjuring 2013
rewatched for the first time since i was younger & i used to say this was my favorite horror. statement was absolutely valid because not once was i bored. i love the way the movie was shot & i think compared to other paranormal movies this one never gets too repetitive. the fact that there are different beings haunting the same house (all with their own backstory too) makes the movie x10 more interesting.
