  this fell flat for me unfortunately. i wanted to love it but i can't shake the feeling that something was missing. i couldn't wrap my head around ani's love for vanya or why she made decisions. she's supposed to be hard as nails but takes the measly 10k, its confusing. i feel like her motives were so hazy to me, but the other characters seemed coherent. there's other elements that feel half-hearted too. sadly something's just off!
