Watched on a Saturday night with roommate and his friends, per his recommendation
A bunch of explosions and sirens made me start tweaking. Wasn’t a huge fan but some laugh out loud ridiculous scenes made it bearable
Fell asleep watching this two nights ago and finally got around to finishing it last night
Very much a “nothing really happens but you enjoy watching it all unfold” kind of movie, that didn’t feel drawn out at any points. Ending kinda blew. A good companion to Marriage Story.
Unsure when I watched this. It was around the time I went back to school.
Fun premise and I thought there were many laugh-out-loud moments for having such a serious tone. Hoult plays the sitting duck role very well. This movie still has that "streaming services movie" vibe and I did not enjoy meeting the other jurors. JK Simmons excluded. Please give me more JK Simmons.
I watched this in the afternoon at the end of my three-day weekend when it was too cold outside to do anything else.
It reminded me of Dream Scenario. The scenes with Edward struggling with life were intense and uneasy which I enjoyed. It's always a good sign if a movie can make you feel frustrated or stuffy, which I felt going into the end. Glad Sebastian Stan could show off his acting chops post Marvel
