The protagonist was fun and his problem solving made for creatively silly scenes. They did not shy away from gore. I liked the pacing and the conflict building was smooth.
The writing was predictably cheesy and lacking in logic occasionally. I wish they saved a reveal for later. Also, don’t put Chappell Roan in a movie about a straight man.

I always knew Robert Pattinson was a munch!
Cynical Sci-Fi that felt whimsical. A lot more lighthearted than I expected. Great depiction of human cruelty and how people determine someone’s or their own worth.
It was funny to a point. Some lines and gags felt too dumb to laugh at. The cast was amazing, but most of them were scripted like caricatures. I wish they did more with the original concept. The main theme got lost in a lot of political satire, and it moved the plot in a different direction that felt more like Okja than its own.
