  Alright Anime- and LotR-nutjobs alike, you may not have noticed, because you're so far up each others arses that you weren't able to get a proper glimpse at this work, but this was fantastic to say the least.

  Seeing a new spin on Middle-earth was refreshing, even if it was only for technical-legality reasons. The animation was fantastic most of the time, save for the few times when I was able to 'see' the used 3d projections. But even then…

  Okay, wichtig:
  Die ersten 90% des Films waren wirklich gut und spannend und trotz so mancher dummer Momente hatte ich echt viel Spaß damit. Ein durch und durch sehr guter Alienfilm, auch wenn der sehr junge Cast etwas gegen mein Franchiseempfinden lief.

  Aber dann passiert das, was halt am Ende passiert, ohne es vorwegnehmen zu wollen. So ein ekelhafter Dreck, das war null nötig und jetzt habe ich Albträume davon.

  Ach du Scheiße, war Part 1 auch schon so unspektakulär und unfassbar kitschig? Und fangend Feuer?

  Hätte man nicht nach Film 1 sagen können "Hey, Arschlöcher, ihr wollt mehr? Nun kennt ihr die Gesichter und Stimmen. Geht halt ein verficktes Buch lesen, ihr Nerds."
