Opus? more like poopus. i felt like i just sat through a whole bunch of nothing. i usually love ayo edebiri’s work but this performance just didn’t land for me. young mazino should’ve gotten screen time longer than 2 minutes. normally im happy when a movie is about journalists but this one died down my excitement.

got to watch this in the same room as adam sandler as he laughed when the credits began. such good potential but feels so unoriginal and i never end up caring for jakub’s relationship with his wife. just almost feels so lifeless. i did enjoy paul dano as the huge spider eating his nutella.
