  barry the bee liberates his people, the bees unionize and collectively re-appropriate their material output from the human capitalist class and it's fucking rad. but actually their newfound freedom literally causes the world to end, so barry and the proletariat bees are forced to return to their indentured servitude to the bourgeois human capitalists

  barry is a class traitor and this movie exists to normalize the appropriation of bee culture and maintain the cultural hegemony that sustains the oppression of bees and bee-like peoples
