Kissing Jessica Stein 2001
This movie captured the confusion and fear that comes with coming out to yourself while being with a girl that is outwardly gay. I loved every aspect of this movie until a MAN came into the picture. The theme of “straight girl gone gay girl gone straight” stains the image of the LGBTQ+ community. The last thing we need is for straighties to question the legitimacy of a gay persons sexuality. I hate to say it, but this movie when from a solid 4 to a 0. Ptui !!
